At Shipping Container Solution, we stand behind the quality of our new and used shipping containers, portable accommodations, modifications, and rental services. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Sales (New/One-Trip, Used, Flat Pack Containers, Cabins, Toilets, etc.): Full refund available within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned at your expense. Custom modifications are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Rentals: Refunds prorated for unused rental periods if notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Early termination fees may apply based on your rental agreement.

  • Modifications and Custom Builds: Non-refundable deposits (50% of total) secure your order. Full refunds only if we fail to deliver as specified within the agreed timeline.

  • Exclusions: No refunds for delivery/installation fees, transportation costs, or products damaged during customer handling/return. All sales are final after the return window.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact our team via email or phone within the eligibility window, providing your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return.

  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Arrange return shipping (your responsibility unless defective). We inspect upon receipt (up to 5 business days).

  4. Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days. Rentals credited to your account.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us immediately (within 24 hours) with photos.

  • We’ll arrange free pickup, repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
